These Terms of Service govern your use of the AstraRead website and the Destiny Matrix report service offered at astraread.com. By placing an order or accessing the site, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AstraRead provides personalized Destiny Matrix reports in PDF format. Reports are generated specifically for each user based on the birth details supplied at checkout, and delivered by email within approximately 40 minutes of purchase.

AstraRead reports are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including psychological, medical, financial, legal, or spiritual professional advice. Interpretations are based on a numerological system and should not be treated as factual statements about your life or future.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a report. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. AstraRead is intended for adult users only.

3. Orders and payment

All orders are processed through Gumroad. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase you authorise the stated payment amount to be charged to your selected payment method.

The founding price displayed at checkout may be subject to change. Once a purchase is completed, the price at time of purchase is honoured.

4. Delivery

Your report will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery typically takes approximately 40 minutes but may take longer in periods of high demand. If you do not receive your report within 2 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact [email protected].

Your report is delivered as a PDF email attachment. Save it to your device upon receipt. If you do not receive your report within one hour of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it at no charge.

5. Refunds

Because reports are personalized digital products generated specifically for your birth details, all sales are final once the report has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it by redelivery or, at our discretion, a refund.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the content are assessed case by case. We do not offer refunds on the grounds that you disagree with the interpretation or expected a different result.

6. Intellectual property

Your personalized report is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the report content without our written permission.

All other content on this website — including text, design, code, and visual assets — is owned by AstraRead and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraRead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the report in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction applicable to AstraRead's place of business.
