What exactly do I receive?

How long does delivery take?
Most reports arrive by email within 5–10 minutes after successful payment. If an order needs a delivery retry or manual recovery, please allow up to 8 hours before contacting support. Check spam, promotions and the spelling of the delivery email first.
Do I need an account?
No account is required for a one-time report. Monthly Compass members receive secure subscription-management and cancellation links at the membership email.
Which birth details are required?
Follow your product page’s required details. Numbers Card needs full birth name and date; pair reports need both people’s details. Deep Natal, Astrocartography and Solar Return need exact birth time and birthplace. Astrocartography adds current city and three comparison cities; Solar Return adds birthday-year city. Monthly Compass allows unknown birth time.
Can I buy a report as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient details required by the product and use an email you can access for delivery. The birthday, friendship and pet-bond reports are designed with gifting in mind.
Is this astrology, numerology or professional advice?
AstraRead uses symbolic birth-detail frameworks for entertainment, journaling and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
Where is my payment handled?
The checkout is created by AstraRead’s server and payment continues through monobank. AstraRead does not store your card number.
What if I entered the wrong details?
Contact support immediately with the order email. If generation has not started, the details may be correctable. Personalized products may not be refundable once fulfillment begins.
What if the email does not arrive?
