What exactly do I receive?
A made-to-order English-language digital PDF. The page count, focus and required details are listed on each product page.
How long does delivery take?
Most reports arrive by email within 5–10 minutes after successful payment. If an order needs a delivery retry or manual recovery, please allow up to 8 hours before contacting support. Check spam, promotions and the spelling of the delivery email first.
Do I need an account?
No account is required for a one-time report. Monthly Compass members receive secure subscription-management and cancellation links at the membership email.
Which birth details are required?
Most one-time reports require the main subject’s first name and birth date; pair reports also require a second name and birth date. We do not ask for birth time or place when the report does not use them. Deep Natal Chart & Life Blueprint is different: it requires an exact local birth time and a birthplace chosen from the city suggestions so the Ascendant, Midheaven and houses can be calculated. Monthly Compass also uses birth date, local birth time and birthplace for its recurring personal maps; an unknown time can be marked there.
Can I buy a report as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient details required by the product and use an email you can access for delivery. The birthday, friendship and pet-bond reports are designed with gifting in mind.
Is this astrology, numerology or professional advice?
AstraRead uses symbolic birth-detail frameworks for entertainment, journaling and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
Where is my payment handled?
The checkout is created by AstraRead’s server and payment continues through monobank. AstraRead does not store your card number.
What if I entered the wrong details?
Contact support immediately with the order email. If generation has not started, the details may be correctable. Personalized products may not be refundable once fulfillment begins.
