AstraRead sells personalized digital PDF reports generated specifically for your birth data. Because each report is created individually and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.
We will issue a full refund if: you did not receive your report within 2 hours and our support team could not resolve the issue; you were charged twice for the same report; or a technical error resulted in a blank or incomplete report.
